Another little piece of HVAC history… 1994!
Another little piece of HVAC history… 1994!
We’ve stumbled across another old site diary, this time from 1994, from a building some of the AV crew worked in many years ago.
Back in those days, the old Trane crew kept handwritten site diaries, recording everything from maintenance and repairs to the general day-to-day happenings on site.
No laptops, no electronic service reports… just a pen, a diary and a bit of old-fashioned record-keeping.
What’s particularly interesting about this one is seeing the names of the people who made up the Trane crew back then. Some are still around today, and sadly, some are no longer with us.
32 years later, and these old diaries are still turning up! 😊
