September is the month where AV opens it’s doors & invites the local Western Australian HVAC&R apprentices to come & see what the world of Chillers is all about…
All the AV OEM test rigs are operational, the Danfoss TT300 & TT400 compressors are up & running, plus a heap of spare parts from a variety of different Chillers can be touched, dropped & ultimately interrogated, without fear or intimidation.
You must invest time & training into apprentices, let them make mistakes, sometimes let them learn the hard way, always show them the right way, & remember, we all had to start somewhere!!
