Last night, Adam Raas had the privilege of seeing one of his life’s mentors inducted into the Australian Martial Arts Hall of Fame (AMAHOF).
Sean Allen is one of Western Australia’s most significant martial arts instructors, with 41 years of training, instructing & school management.
Adam was very lucky to have trained under Sean Allen, from the young age of 13, until his late 20’s…
Role Models / Mentors play a very important part in the development of young men… it’s not always going to be a parent that continually guides you in life.
We make this connection to the young men & women who take on apprenticeships in the HVAC&R industry. Typically, straight out of high school & very fresh in the world of life…
We as business owners, senior technicians & industry leaders should aspire to be Role Models & Mentors for our apprentices. This would ensure they are safe, supported & guided so that they become the next generation of well-rounded Mentors.
Adam is truly grateful for the guidance & positive impact Sean Allen has made in his life.
